All those emails, and petitions and calls to the Nigerian embassy did it! WE did it! Today Amina, who's only "crime" was making consensual love with a man after she was divorced, learned that her horribly ass-backwards patriarchal facist government will NOT be stoning her to death after all.

Charging and detaining women for sexual relations violates their right to free expression and association, freedom from discrimination, and the right to privacy

I saddens me that we live in a world where such a statement has to be made. Goddess help us all!

It feels soooo good to have a WIN to celebrate on this front, when so much of the worlds current leadership seems to be flying backwards toward the infamous "Burning Times" of the european middle ages, when it comes to sexual and all personal freedoms.

And there's more to be done. The so-called law under which Amina would have been stoned to death still exists, and there are other wombn who are suffering under it's very real threat. Take a stand today, help make the world a safe place for Orgasmic Living!

This is my friend and Diva Initiate Carla.

I'm blessed to own one of her sculptures, it lives on my bedside altar where I can reach out and loose myself in the tactile reflection of breasts & belly openly secreted in it's bowl.

I talk to Carla all the time, so I had convinced myself that I "knew" her & her talent......Nothing could be farther from the truth! Today I met her latest series of paintings, Talking Flowers on display right now for an extremely lucky lunch crowd in Rockland Maine at a place called
Maine Squeeze .

See, I'd be talking to her and she'd say somethin like,

"the paints still wet on that last nasturtium, gonna paint a couple more before Mon"

........and I dunno, I knew they'd be good cuz everytime I talked with her she'd be breathin deep & long like she was in some kind of Orgasmic marathon. Still I was wholly unprepared for the total explosion of Orgasmic intensity & colors & textures that met me on the other side of her link.
